Ingredients:*Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove) 1/2 tsp.baking powderSalt, 1 dash (remove)1 tsp. vanillaWalnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Egg, fresh, 3 medium (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 48 tsp (remove) Apple Sauce, 1 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)Zucchini, 2 cup, shredded(remove) Crushed Pineapple in own juice, 1 cup (remove)
Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nuts. Set aside. Beat eggs lightly in lg. bowl. Add splenda, apple sauce, vanilla, till creamy. Stir in zucchini, and pineapple. Add dry ingredients, stir until moistened. Pour batter into 2 floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes.
