1lb Ground Turkey1 Cup Diced Onion1 Cup Diced Carrot1 Cup Diced Celery2 cloves Minced Garlic1 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes1 28 oz Can Tomato Sauce1 15 0z can Low Sodium Kidney Beans w/ liquid1 15 oz can White Beans w/ liquied12 oz Low sodium V-81 Tbs White Vinegar2 Tbs Dried Basil2 Tbs Dried Oregano1 Tbs Dried Thyme1/4 tsp Tabasco or red pepper flakes2 Beef Bouillon Cubes1 1/2 Cup Small Shell Pasta
Directions
Brown Turkey and add carrots, onion and celery and saute until soft. Add remaining ingrediants and simmer for 30-60 minutes. Make sure pasta is soft. If too thic add water or more V-8
