Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed, sliced into strips Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Five Spice, 5 gram(s)Cornflour (UK), 30 gPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Bean sprouts, 2 cup 1 spring onion chopped Light Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Dried yellow shi wheat flour Noodles, 100 grams Sesame Oil, 0.5 tsp Olive Oil, 2 tsp OPTIONAL: 1 tsp chilli sauce
Directions
Cook the noodles for 3 mins in water until al dente, drain, run them under cold water, drain again. Drizzle with a few splashes of sesame oil and toss through to prevent them from sticking.

Season chicken with splash of dark soy sauce and coat with five spice powder. Coatlightly with cornflour.

Heat wok over high heat, add the oil and heat, then add the chicken strips and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins until cooked.

Add the red pepper and stir fry for 1 minute, add the beansprouts and spring onion and stir fry for less tha 1 min.

Add cooked noodles and season with the light soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil. If using, stir in the chilli sauce and add some black pepper.

Stir well and serve immediately.
