Fresh Peach Pie

1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed1/4 cup Smart Balance spread4 cups sliced peaches1 package Jello, Peach flavor2 Tbsp Corn Starch1 1/2 cups water
Combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine. Add enough water to make a just moist enough to hold together. Press in bottom of pie pan. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until starting to brown. Cool.
Peel and slice peaches, while preparing jello. Combine jello, 1 1/2 cups water, and corn starch. Cook until boils and begins to turn clear. Place peaches in crust and pour jello mixture over the fruit. Chill until set and serve.
Makes 8 slices. 1 slice is a serving.
