Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1 large can of diced tomatoes1 can of veg broth (no fat)1 pkg. Lipton soup mix (vegetable)1 pkg. Lipton soup mix (onion)1 bunch of celery1-2 cans of green beans1-2 large onions1-2 lbs. of carrots2 green peppers or mixed bell peppers
Directions

Cut veggies into small to medium pieces. Season w/ pepper curry and parsley, if desired. Cover w/broth or water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.
