Apple-Glazed Barbecued Chicken

One 6-oz can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed; 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar; 1/4 c ketchup; 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar; 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled; 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco; 3 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts (also yummy on wings); 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy, small saucepan. Sitr over medium heat until sugar dissolves. This is the glaze you will use later.
Prepare barbecue (med high heat). Brush chicken with oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Grill until chicken is almost cooked through, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes total. (I cook 10 min per side.)
Brush with glaze and continue grilling about 10 more minutes--until chicken is tender and cooked through, brushing chicken frequently with glaze and turning occasionally. (I cook chicken 5 min per side during this stage.)
