No guilt pumpkin carrot cake muffins

Ingredients
*Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix, 12 serving *Manitoba Harvest - Shelled Hemp Seeds, 30 gram(s) *Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin, 2 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend one 15 oz can of pure pumpkin with one box ( 18.5 oz) Betty Crocker cake mix. Do not add anything else, batter will be thick but don't add anything. Spoon into 12 muffin cups lined or sprayed with no stick spray. Sprinkle a few hemp seeds onto each muffin and bake. Cool and store in an airtight container for extra moistness. Makes 12 muffins.
