Amy's Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
5oz can Kroger Premium Chicken Breat in Water, drained15 oz can Ranch Style Black Beans, rinsed1 cup frozen yellow sweet corn1 cup Pico De Gallo (Authentic Mexican Salsa) from Spark Recipes4 T Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce2 cup cooked Rice Select Texmati Brown Rice
Directions
Prepare Pico De Gallo (Authentic Mexican Salsa) from sparkrecipe.com and chill. Note, I omitted salt when I made my Pico De Gallo.

Shred the chicken and toss with remaining ingredients. You can serve this cold or warm.

You can serve over lettuce, stuffed in a poblano pepper, stuffed in a tomato...or just by itself. Use your imagination.

Serving Size is approximately 1/2 cup per serving.
