Slo-Cook Chicken Mushroom Broccolli & Rice

Ingredients
1.5 lb - Chicken Breasts, cubed10 oz - Broccoli Florets1 can - Cream of Mushroom Soup, reduced sodium (Campbell's)1 can - Cream of Chicken Soup, reduced sodium (Campbell's)1 c. - Brown Rice, long grain, dry (Hinode)2 c. - Chicken Broth, reduced sodium (Safeway)2 c. - Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
Directions
1) Stir all ingredients except mushrooms, together in a slow cooker.

2) Cook for 8 hours on low heat. Add mushrooms during last 30 min.
