Simple Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
chicken breastszuccini -- 4 smallsummer (yellow) squashshreaded carrotssoy sauceolive oilminced garlic
Directions
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Cut zuccini and squash into slices about 1/4 " thick.
3. Heat wok. Add oil. When ready, add chicken.
4. Stir fry until chicken is done.
5. Add vegetables, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
6. Cover to steam vegetables. Stir occasionally.
Continue to stir fry until vegetables are done.
7. Serve and enjoy!
