Olive Garden Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/3 cup water1/3 cup olive oil1/4 cup light corn syrup2.5 tablespoons grated Romano2 tablespoons dry pectin2 tablespoons beaten egg1 1/4 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakespinch of oreganopinch of crushed red pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix for 30 seconds.
(Mixer=medium speed, blender=low speed, stick mixer=low speed)
Chill for at least an hour, but the longer the better.

This should make enough to mix over 4-6 different salad bags, depending on how much dressing you want/like.
