Lo-cal Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
Rhubarb, 3 cups, 1/2 inch slicedCinnamon, 1/2 tspWater, 3 tbspSugar Free Strawberry Jello, 3oz pkgSplenda, 1/2 cupPie crust, bakedWhipped topping, Lite, 1 cup
Directions
Bring rhubarb, cinnamon, and water to boil in saucepan. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 10 minutes until rhubarb tender. Add jello and splenda, stir until dissolved. Pour into baked pie crust and refridgerate. When cool, top with whipped topping. Serves 8.
