Excellent Turkey Egg Rolls

Ingredients
Ground Turkey 85/15, 10 ozOnion, dried minced, 1 tbspGarlic, 4 cloves. mincedGreen Giant Broccoli Slaw, 12oz pkgFish Sauce, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Lime Juice, 2 tbspGinger, ground, 1 tsp Water, tap, 2 fl oz (remove)NaSoya Egg Roll Wrappers, 12 wrappers
Directions
Brown turkey with the onion and garlic. When turkey done, add rest of ingredients except wrappers. Cover and cook on med-low until broccoli slaw tender. Divide mixture evenly onto wrappersand roll. Spray with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for about 18 minutes or until golden. Makes 12 egg rolls.
