Cheesy Chicken & Rice Bake

Ingredients
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (with roasted garlic)1 1/3 cups water3/4 cup uncooked rice (I use a mix of white and brown rice)1/2 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. black pepper4 chicken breast1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix soup. water, rice, onion powder, and black pepper in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with additional pepper.
Cover and bake at 375' for 45 mins. or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
Uncover. Sprinkle cheese over chicken.

Tip: Stir in 2 cups of fresh, canned or frozen vegetables into soup mixture before topping with chicken. Will take longer to cook if using brown rice.
