Shan's Guac

Ingredients
2 avocados (Haas)juice of 1/2 of a lime 3 Tbsp pico de gallo (store bought - fresh)salt to taste
Directions
Peel and seed avocados. Place meat in bowl. Juice the lime into the avocados and SQUISH! Stir in pico de gallo (adding more or less to taste). Add salt to taste (I usually add between 1-3 tsp depending on the pico I buy).

You can use this as a dip with chips, on any grilled chicken, fish, beef, or pork. Great for fajitas, taco salads, etc.

If serving with a meal, this makes approx. 4 servings
