Fish Masala

Ingredients
Catfish 4 filletsCanola oil 3 tbstomato pureefrozen vegetables 1 cuponion 1 medium sliced3 tbs curry powder1 tbs turmeric powder
Directions
Heat il in a sauce pan. Add sliced onion to the hot oil. Saute until brown. Add frozen veggies and saute. Add the curry powder and turmeric. Stir for a minute. Add the tomato puree and let it simmer for a few minutes. Finally add the catfish and salt to taste for about 15 minutes on medium flame or until the fish is soft and flaky. Makes about 2-3 serving. Eat it with bread or Pita
