Chunky Salsa (Pico de Gallo)

Ingredients
1 very large white onion4 large ripe Roma tomatoes (or 4-5 cups cherry tomatoes)Approx. 4 tbs (packed) cilantro1/3 cup pickled jalapeņo peppers, sliced1-2 cloves garlic1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (use the real thing - it truly makes a difference!)Pulp from squeezed limes1 1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired texture is reached (I like mine a little more on the chunky side) :)
