Ingredients
30g Whole Rolled Oats60mL Unsweetened Organic Soy Milk (Alpro)5g Sunflower seed kernels5g Toasted Almond slivers70g Fresh Strawberries25g Frozen Blueberries (unsweetened)40g Frozen Pitted Sweet Red Cherries (unsweetened)
Directions
Makes one serving. Adjust quantities for more servings

Soak the Oats in the Milk overnight.
In the morning just throw the other ingredients in and stir.
You can adjust the Oats/Milk ratio to get the consistency you prefer. Feel free to change the fruit to suit what you have to hand. All berries are delicious and still low calories. This is a great quick breakfast for those long sunny summer days, keeps me going for hours.
