Oatmeal Banana Muffins with dark chocolate chips

*Flour, white, .75 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.75 cupBaking Powder, 2 tspMilk, 3.25%, 1 cupSour Cream, .25 cup *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the dry ingredients. Then fold together the wet ingredients but do not over mix, the gently fold into the dry mix. Add a little more milk if you find it too dry. It should be thick though, like a bowl of oatmeal. Fold in chocolate chips and scoop into lightly greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
