Beef with Basil and Ginger

Ingredients
Non-stick cooking spray1 tbsp thai red chili paste2 fresh red chili peppers6 dried chili peppers12 oz. top sirloin, cut into stir fry sized pieces2 fresh red chili peppers6 dried chili peppers1/4 cup fresh ginger root sliced into stir fry sized pieces1 large green pepper cut into stir fry sized pieces1/4 cup fresh basil leaves1 large yellow pepper cut into stir fry sized pieces1 large onion cut into stir fry sized pieces1 cup coconut milk1 tbsp. Sriracha chili sauce 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Directions
Spray wok with non-stick cooking spray.
Add chili paste and spread in bottom of wok.
Add the sirloin pieces, and stir fry until cooked through. Remove from wok and set aside.
Spray wok with non-stick cooking spray.
Add ginger root and chili peppers. Stir fry for 2 minutes, then add the onions. Stir fry for 1 minute, then add the peppers.
Add the basil leaves, then remove from wok and set aside.
Spray wok with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour in the coconut milk, chili sauce and salt, stirring constantly until it heats up.
Stir in the beef, then add the vegetables.
Makes about six 1 cup servings.
