Avocado Black Bean Salad - 1/2 c serving

Ingredients
3 avocados, 1 15 oz can each black beans, black eyed peas, 2 c white corn, 3 seeded roma tomatoes, 3 Tbsp green onions, 1 tsp taco seasoning, 1/4 c vinegar, 2 Tbsp water, 1/3 c olive oil
Directions
Combine diced avocados, rinsed black beans, drained black eyed peas, thawed corn, seeded & diced tomatoes, and green onions. For dressing combine vinegar, oil, taco seasoning, water. You may not need all the dressing. Makes about 14 1/2 c servings
