Peach jam

Ingredients
4 cups of diced peaches1 cup granulated sugar1 tbsp almond extract
Directions
Put all the ingredient in a thick pot and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, and let boil until jam texture.
Pour into sterilised jars.
Seal the jars by boiling them about 10 minutes.
Will keep refrigerated for up to 3 months.
Makes about 750ml (about 3 cups)
