Ingredients
Two large Portabello MushroomsOne large onionOne read sweet peppertwo cloves of garlic1 Tb of olive oil4 tsp of Worchester Saucesalt and pepper to tastetwo corn tortillas per serving
Directions
cut all veggies and fry with olive oil and then add the worchester sauce
portion out enough to fill two corn tortillas per person
Topped with salsa
also fat free sour cream..need to add these..as they are not in the main recipe.
Just had them..but with a gulten free tortilla. Next time, will use the corn..as I did not like the one I used
very good..and tastes like beef
