Cottage Cheese Crab Salad

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .5 cup (not packed) Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Garlic powder, .13 tbsp Pepper, black, .13 tbsp *BUMBLE BEE White Crabmeat, 8 oz Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped
Directions
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir in crab, celery, and onion.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates with tomato wedges.
