Chicken "Gyro" Pita

Ingredients
Grilled Chicken Breast- 3 oz sliced Fresh Tomato ( four slices)Cucumber ( four-six slices)White Onion ( two to three rings)Fresh mint leaves (if you have them)Pita /Flat breadTzatziki Sauce- homemade or purchased low fat SpicesI have used McCormicks Greek Seasoning ORa light sprinkle of the following:onion powder oreganogarlic powderand salt and pepper
Directions
Sprinkle chicken breast with spices of choice

Grill chicken breast
4- 5 minutes on each- until cooked through
Slice or cube chicken

Cut tomatoes, cucumbers and white onion in slices
Chop mint leaves coarsly
Cut Pita in half
Warm Pita in microwave 12 seconds

Place in each Pita Half the following:
Half of chicken ( 1.5 ounces)
Two cucumber slices
Two tomato slices
Two to three onion single rings
1/4 tsp mint leaves or
Two tablespoons

Serve and Enjoy!!

Recipe is for single serving however if doing for four use three chicken breast ( measure meat ounces need 12 ounces)
one onion
two to three plum tomatoes
one cucumber etc. and follow recipe amounts for each pita
