Pineapple Peach Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup rolled oats (churn in blender a few times)1 egg2 tsp vanilla extract3 Tbsp canola oil1/4 cup sliced peaches, remove skin3/4 cup crushed pineapple or tidbits, unsweetened2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans1 cup milk, nonfat2/3 cup agave nectar
Directions
Combine all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and stir together until mixed well. Lightly spray muffin tins with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 17 muffins.
