4 c spinach leaves1/2 c red onion1/4 c mandarin oranges1 tbsp almond slices, toasted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, onion, oranges and almonds. *Toss w 2 tbsp of your fave dressing, but remember to add calories for the dressing.
