100 calorie microwave cinnamon apple slices

Ingredients
3 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced, (will net about 2 cups when cooked for 2 servings.1/4 of a fresh lemon, squeezed over the apples to preventturning brown and for the flavorground cinnamon, to taste, about 1/2 tsp or moreSplenda Brown Sugar Blend or substitute your own favorite sweetener.aerosol whipped cream, light or regular, or perhaps yogurt
Directions
Makes 2 servings of about one cup each.
Wash, core, peel and slice the apples; they won't cook down much so you can judge how much you want to make.
Squeeze a wedge or two of fresh lemon over the apples,
then add cinnamon and Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (or other sweetener) and toss to mix.
Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, just until tender but not too mushy or it's applesauce. Stir to coat apples with the juices, and top with whipping cream or yogurt.
