Easy Coleslaw

Ingredients
190 gr Carrot65 gr any onion200gr Wht cabbage200 grms light fromage fraise3 tblspns light mayonaise
Directions
Grate the carrot and finely shred the cabbage.
Finely chop the onion.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir in the fromage fraise and the mayonaise.
Season to taste.
Allow to stand in the fridge to let the flavours infuse.
Store in an air tight container.

NB. You could save extra calories by using extra light mayo.
