Directions
Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, .5 tbsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)*Black Pepper, 1 tsp (remove)*Sauce - Worcestershire Sauce - Winn Dixie (1 tsp.), 3 tsp (remove)*Dill Weed, .25 tbsp (remove)*Vinegar - Unico - Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)*Pork - Pork Loin Center Chops, Boneless, 8 oz (remove)
Mix all ingredients except Pork. If using Garlic salt, omit salt listed in ingredients. Rub both sides of pork with mixture. Refrigerate for 20 minuutes. Spray rack with cooking spray. Grill or broil for approximately 5 minutes each side or until pork is done.
