Ingredients
Directions
1 large zucchini1 large summer squash0.5 tsp salt0.25 tsp black pepper0.25 tsp cayenne1 tsp garlic powderPam (or other non-stick spray)
Slice zucchini and summer squash, I usually do 1/4 inch slices, you can do thinner or thicker as you desire. Spray foil covered baking sheet with Pam ( or other non-stick spray). I like to use the olive oil flavor. Place slices on baking sheet, spray with Pam, sprinkle all spices evenly on all slices. Depending on how done you like you squash cooking time and temp will vary. We like ours al dente, so we cook them at 375 for about 10 minutes. If you want them cooked through, you can cook them for longer. If you want them more like chips, you can cook them at 425 until they are the desired doneness.

This was SO yummy! I had never had baked squash before and I couldn't stop eating it! I did garlic salt instead of garlic powder and it was superb! - 8/17/10

Glad you liked it! And you can use any spices you like. We have occasionally added rosemary to match other stuff we were having for dinner.
