Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 can - Great Value Chunk Chicken Breast1/2 c - chopped onion1/2 c - chopped celery1/2 c - Vlasic Sweet Relish (or about 3 tbsp of chopped pickles)4 tbsp - mixture of Helman's Low Fat Mayo & Helman's Canola 1 egg - hard boiled and choppedMayoBlack pepper to taste (optional)salt to taste (optional)
Directions
- Boil egg
- Drain and separate chicken
- Chop onions, celery, egg, & pickles (unless using relish)
- Combine the 2 mayo's and stir until well mixed
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir
- Salt and pepper to taste or as desired
- Yields about 2.5 cups or about five 1/2 cup servings
