3 italian herb flatout wraps2/3 cup salsa20 oz frozen broccoli5 oz frozen spinach1.5 cups black beans [1 small can, rinsed]1 tsp hot sauce1 tsp garlic salt
combine salsa, spinach, broccoli, spices, and beans. cook for 15 minutes or until flavors meld.
serve with flatout. you can roll it up or bake the flat outs so they get crispy and chip-like.
