1/2 Cup Milk1 Cup water2 Tablespoons Margarine/butter1 1/3 Tablespoon Molassas2 2/3 Tablespoons Sugar1 1/3 teaspoon Salt2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour (or you can use bread flour)1 1/3 cup wheat flour2 1/3 teaspoons yeastI also add 2 Tablespoons Vital Wheat Gluten but I couldn't find it in the index.
Measure each ingredient exactly. Add to your ABM according to manufactor's instructions. Process in ABM on Manual cycle. Remove from machine and allow 10 minutes to Rest on floured cabinet, covered with towel.
Shape and put in loaf pan to allow second rise for 1 1/2 hour. Bake @ 350 for 20 min. Butter top with 1 t butter when hot out of the oven. Allow to cool completely before storing.
