Power Balls

Ingredients
3/4 c. Dried Apricots3/4 c. Pitted Dates1/2 c. Sunflower Seeds1/2 c. Pumpkin Seeds1/4 c. Flaxseeds4 Plain Brown Rice Cakes1/2 c. Rolled Oats1 c. Agave Nectar1/2 c. Almond Butter1/3 c. Sesame Seeds
Directions
1. Place dried fruit and all seeds (except sesame) in food processor. Process 'til crumbly.

2. Add remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) and process 'til mixture is of even consistency.

3. Scoop mixture and shape into 24 balls. Compact well.

4. Roll each wall in sesame seeds. Place on platter, cover, and refrigerate.

    These are great! You'll want to eat two - but only have one as they ar 150 calories-these with an apple or pear are a great mid afternoon munch meal! And a cookie alternative!! Thank you for posting! - 6/6/11
