Cheese Omelette with milk

2 Eggs1tbsp Fat free milkKraft American Cheese (1 slice)Olive Oil (enough to coat the pan)
Cut cheese slice into smaller squares, can be done with hand.
In a bowl, mix eggs and milk and about half the cheese.
Coat pan with olive oil, pour egg mix into pan, flip the omelette when cooked on one side. Add the remaining cheese on top. Fold and serve!
Makes 1 serving if you like a big breakfast(I do), 2 if you are a light breakfast eater. You can add veggies to the egg mix if you're into that.
ps - The picture shows salad that I was eating with my omelette, this recipe does not include that.
