Ingredients
1 Large Hass Avocado.25lb Grape or Cherry Tomatoes.5 C. Cilantro.25 C. Red Onion2 Large Jalapenos (seeded and veined for mild)1 Large Clove GarlicThe juice of one lime
Directions
Roughly chop all ingredients except the garlic, finely chop that. Add the lime juice salt to taste mix and serve.
