Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. 93% lean ground beef1 6 oz can tomato paste1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic2 14.5 oz can tomato sauce3 cloves garlic, finely chopped1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Add olive oil to pan over medium high heat
Add garlic and onion and cook till light brown and fragrant
Add ground beef
Add green and red peppers
Cook until ground beef is thoroughly browned
Add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce
Mix well and bring to simmer
Simmer for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend

Yield: 10 3/4 cup servings
