LOLO's Oven Roasted Beer Chicken Y'all!

Ingredients
1 whole 4-5lb chicken, cleaned1 can light beerseasoning (whatever you like)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season chicken and drink or pour out 1/2 the beer. Prop chicken over beer can and roast in the oven for 60-90 min (about 170-180 degrees on meat thermometer).

Serving size: about 4 oz

*I let cool, then shred all of the meat into a bowl, so I have it on hand to throw in salads, sandwiches, veggie soups, etc. SO good and moist!
