Orange Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1lb beef flank steak, cut into strips1 tsp cornstarch3 Tbsp orange marmalade3/4 tsp ground ginger1 Tbsp sesame oil 1.5 cups fresh broccoli cut1 cup fresh carrots slices1/4 cup of onion sliced3 cloves garlic, minced3 tsps of fresh ginger minced1/4 cup of soy sauce
Directions
Toss meat with cornstarch in medium bowl. Add marmalade and ground ginger and stir until well blended.
Cut and slice all vegetables and set aside. mince garlic and fresh ginger.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. add onions until transparent then add garlic and fresh ginger and the meat mixture. Cook until meat is brown. Toss in carrots and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes then cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked. serve with rice.
