Shelly's Famous BLT Dip

2 bags of shredded lettuce1 bag (2 cup) of shredded cheddar or colby cheese 2 medium tomatoes1 pound of turkey bacon1/2 cup of light mayo1/2 cup of light sour creamBaked Scoops
Chop bacon (easier if frozen). Fry chopped bacon to preferred texture. Set aside and allow to cool for approx 15 min. Pat any extra grease from bacon using paper towel. Chop both tomatoes into small/med cubes. In large container (preferrably one that has a lid) combine: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and bacon. In a small side bowl mix mayo and sour cream. After mixing, pour into large container with rest of ingredients. Stir everything together. Serve immediately. Stir occasionally if being set out for an event/party. Refrigerate any unused dip in a covered container. Mixture will get soupy and lettuce will soften, stir and serve. Do not recommend keeping in fridge beyond 2 days. Serve with baked scoops or regular scoops.
