Ingredients:Sour Cream, .75 cup (remove)*Mayonaisse - Hellman's, 12 tbsp (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Basil, 5 leaves (remove)Parsley, 6 sprigs (remove)Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)Saffron, 1 tsp (remove)Orange Peel, 2 tbsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)
Optional - add a few fennel fronds if desired.
Don't forget to add 3 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar.
