Ingredients
2 T Kraft grated Parmesan1 cup skim mozarella1 cup low fat ricotta2 oz reduced fat Feta1 cup diced tomatoes1.5 cup cooked spinach6 slices Oscar Meyer's fully cooked bacon9 slices Budding extra thin turkey6 cooked egg whites
Directions
mix all cheeses together. add cooked spinach and tomatoes, then crumbled turkey bacon slices, and thinly sliced turkey strips.

last, add rare-cooked egg whites (dash of milk, salt, pepper to taste) and fold cheese mix over itself fifteen times. It is now ready to put in calzone crust.

with the crust, this mixture is fully cooked after about fifteen minutes. makes 16 servings 1/3 cup servings.
