Chicken Salad with Grapes & Nuts

Ingredients
4 cups cooked Chicken, chopped (1-3/4 lbs)1 cup Pecans or Walnuts1 cup Celery, sliced 1/4"2 Tbsp Shallot, finely minced2 cups Grapes, red seedless , halved3/4 cup Miracle Whip light (or light mayo)3 Tbsp Tarragon vinegar2 Tbsp fresh Tarragon, chopped1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well so everything is evenly coated.

Serve over a bed of lettuce with tomato for a salad or on whole grain bread or wrap and a sandwich. (optional, not included)
