Turkey Burritos - Lactose Free

Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground turkey2 c chopped peppers (red, green or yellow)1 c chopped onion2.5 c canned black beans rinsed and drainedground red pepper (to taste)cilantro (to taste)garlic powder (to taste)salt (to taste) optional - not included in nutritional info.6 flour tortillas (8 in.)1/2 c Fire Roasted Diced Salsa Style Tomatoes divided
Directions
lightly brown turkey

add next 6 ingredients to the pan until turkey is fully cooked and ingredients are hot.

warm tortillas in skillet, microwave or onion so they are more pliable and easily rolled.

put 1/6 of filling into tortilla and roll ( I like to then grill them in a dry pan to make them toasty)

repeat with the rest of the filling and tortillas and arrange on platter

pour tomatoes over burritos.
