Turkey Jam Panini

Ingredients
1 slice whole grain bread1 oz reduced sodium turkey breast1 tbsp light cream cheese1 tbsp your favorite jam2 tbsp egg substitute.
Directions
Heat panini pressy, electric grill, or skillet until hot. Coat with cooking spray.

Cut 1 slice of bread in half and spread one side with cream cheese and other with jam. Layer with turkey and close. Dip each side of the sandwich in the egg substitute then grill. Cook until bread is toasted, and sandwich is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Makes one sandwich.
