Potato Salad

Ingredients
two medium potatoes1 1/2 slices lean bacontwo spring onions1/4 cup lite sour cream1/4 cup lite mayonaiselittle black pepper
Directions
Boil potatoes till almost cooked but still a little firm
Cut into cubes.
Cook bacon in non stick frypan, chop into small cubes.
Slice spring onion
Add all ingredients together and its done.
