8 eggs16 tbsp white flour16 tbsp sugar250ml sunflower oil1 baking powder400g sour red cherries
1. Beat the white eggs with 1/2 sugar.
2.Beat the egg yolks with the oil and the remaining sugar.
3. Add 1tsp lemon juice to baking powder and mix. Add this mix to the egg whites.
4. Add egg yolks mix to the egg whites, beating slowly with a spalula until omogen.
5. Add the flower in the end.
6. In a oven pan, (39x35cm), cook for 5 minutes in a preheated oven 175C. Then add the cherries, until golden. Insert a clean toothpick, for a sec, in the midle of the cake to check if it is done (should come out clean).
7. When cool, add some incing sugar on top. Cut in 150 pieces (3x3cm). - 26cal a piece
