Kinda pizza dough

Ingredients
3 cups of Soy flour (or more)2 Tsp of active dry yeast2 TBSP of Olive Oil4 tsp of Vital Wheat GlutenPinch of salt1 tps of splenda2 cups cheeseabout 1/4 cup of ranch dressing for "sauce"
Directions
Start yeast in warm (about 101'F) water to proof for 5 min. Mix all dry ingredents together, then add yeast proof and Olive oil. Mix till combined (add more flour if mixture is not coming together) Let sit and rest for at least 10 min. Then press out the "dough" with hands ( i put a little but of EVOO on my hands to make sure the dough doesn't stick) onto greased baking dish. Top with ranch dressing and cheese. Place in 350'F over forabout 20-30 min. Untill crust gets golden brown on edges and cheese is melted.
