Crustless Spinach Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
-1 package button mushrooms, sliced-1 package baby portabella mushrooms, sliced-5 oz of thawed and squeezed dry frozen spinach-5 eggs (or egg substitute/egg whites)-1 cup crumbled feta cheese-1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese-0.25 to 0.5 onion, diced
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook onions and mushroom in skillet. Drain excess liquid. Let cool. Mix ingredients. Spray quiche pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 30 min.
